Duties:
Assist in the planning, organizing and leading activities at the site; assist in teaching various games, crafts and managing the rules of play at the site; responsible for assisting in the issuing and collecting of equipment; supervise approximately 10-50 participants.

Position Responsibilities:
Conduct system tests such as signal/noise, signal/hum, summation sweep, chart recording, return loss bridge, including monthly, semi-annual and annual tests; RF knowledge/troubleshooting; sweep & balance HFC plant.
Set trunk levels, set-up and change out trunk amplifiers, calculate signal level losses in cable and equipment for trunk lines and distribution lines.
Install electronics and make power connections; maintain power supplies.
Properly use, store and maintain all test equipment used in system.
Assume full responsibility for troubleshooting and repair of the coaxial and fiber distribution system.
Prepare estimates for projects, providing bill of materials.

Job Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Utilities Support Technician to join our team in Mason City, IA, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production facility’s utility systems. The USMT is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining all plant stationary power equipment systems, including boiler steam generation, industrial refrigeration, compressed air, vacuum, wastewater treatment, and water supply systems.

Determine operational/mechanical failures in Utility areas, including boiler operations, waste water, water systems, ammonia and freon refrigeration, and compressed air equipment
Replace components within the refrigeration system, with safe LOTO procedures and in accordance with PSM program.
Responsible for helping with maintenance of all systems.
Familiar with CMMS systems.
Help plant maintain compliance with all permits.
Qualifications:
Preferred: CFC Certification – Type I & Type II: (Minimum) as defined by EPA. Ammonia Operator 1 Certification preferred. Experience running boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, and/or waste water systems. Electrical experience, 240V and below.

1. Operates sophisticated standalone and automated test equipment and testing systems to set up, align and test all types of complex electrical components, equipment, and systems.

Mall Maintenance/Security Worker
Join our team as a part-time Mall Maintenance/Security Worker, a vital role dedicated to the upkeep and safety of our mall. This part-time position performs a combination of maintenance and custodial tasks to keep the Mall buildings and grounds clean and functional. You will also periodically serve as a Mall Security Guard to perform patrols, assist customers, and respond to emergencies to ensure public safety and order.
Hours & Schedule: This is a part-time position offering up to 28 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work a Saturday shift as part of their weekly schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
– Daily inspection of Mall interior and grounds for litter removal and cleaning needs. May open and close the building as necessary. May assist with the setup and removal of equipment for special events.
– Performs routine cleaning and custodial care of the Mall, including daily cleaning of bathrooms, trash removal, cleaning of floors, and other areas under the control of the Mall Manager.
– Responsible for routine building repairs when possible, and identifying potentially dangerous building issues.
– Performs snow removal and sanding of entrances and exterior walkways as necessary.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
Strong attention to detail, sense of ownership, confidentiality, and clear communication skills

Experience in a manufacturing or product‑based environment
Work Environment
Office‑based role within a manufacturing setting
Frequent collaboration with HR, Operations, and customer‑facing teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the nature and quality of care patients receive during surgical intervention and pain management procedures. Nursing intervention that assists the surgical patient in a conscious and unconscious state. Continuity of care through pre-op assessment, planning, intra-operative intervention, and post-op evaluation. Assists pain specialist with scheduling patients, rooming patients, prepping charts, taking patient’s vital signs and medical history.
QUALIFICATIONS:
RN – Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and must be licensed or eligible in the state of Iowa. Must have excellent computer skills. Operating room experience preferred.
