Academic Advising
Academic advising is a mandatory step in ensuring your college degree completion.
Each semester, students are required to schedule an appointment with their academic advisor. During this meeting, the academic advisor and student discuss current courses, grades, and goals for the next term. After reviewing progress in the current courses, the student, with the help of the academic advisor, then registers for the courses.
Transfer Advising
Advisors will help students with planning for transferring after 51ÁÔÆæ. However, students planning to transfer should correspond with the transfer college for verification of transfer credits.
The following links below have information about transferring to a four-year college or university. Contact the 51ÁÔÆæ Advising Center with questions.
