Family Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities: The Family Development Specialist will work directly with individuals and families to identify strengths, overcome barriers, and connect them with resources that support positive parenting, family stability, and self-sufficiency. This position provides individualized support through home and office visits, community referrals, goal setting, and ongoing follow-up while helping families build the skills and resources needed to thrive.
Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day, 32 hours a week.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a four- year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay Range: $18.54-$19.83 an hour
