Step 2
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
The FAFSA is the starting point for all students to apply for Federal and State financial aid and can be found online at . Be sure to list 51ÁÔÆæ as a school to receive the results of your application. 51ÁÔÆæ’s Federal School Code is 001877.
Award funds in many federal and state programs are limited. To be considered for these types of aid, your application must be received at the processing center by March 1. To be considered for the state programs for the 2025-2026 academic year, submit your application by July 1.

Step 3
Watch for a FAFSA Submission Summary in your mail or email after submitting your application
By listing 51ÁÔÆæ on your FAFSA form, the 51ÁÔÆæ Financial Aid Office will automatically receive a copy of your Summary.
Step 4
The 51ÁÔÆæ Financial Aid Office will begin processing your financial aid offer and determine what you are eligible to receive
Financial aid forms necessary to process your FAFSA results will be mailed directly to you by 51ÁÔÆæ.
Forward all requested forms and documentation to the 51ÁÔÆæ Financial Aid Office. Once your aid has been processed, you will receive a financial aid offer. Log on to your Portal to review and accept your offer.
